Eco-therapy is a practice that originates from people being a part of the web of life. @rei encourages us all to see that better is out there by equipping us with classes, expertise, and gear. Bringing reusable water helps me hydrate throughout my hikes and keeping all my belongings in a backpack goes a long way. Ecotherapy, for me, is practiced through hiking. Participants who practice eco-therapy primarily do outdoor activities in nature as a form of self-care or therapy. During my hike, I love to close my eyes and imagine the future I want to create.
