Have you ever walked into a beauty space and felt like if you don’t look a certain way the staff wouldn’t take you seriously and the service would suck or even be turned away? We are New York. Those were the words that always stuck with me whenever I went in for beauty services and felt like I had to check a few boxes to be well received and treated to great customer service. I never understood why especially in beauty establishments you almost have to look and act like the staff or you get treated like you don’t fit in especially more established Spas/Salons. It became my mission to open my own place and to make sure everyone can come in— feel comfortable, in a friendly environment that doesn’t make you feel less than but instead lifts you up to feel and look more confident and beautiful.
