When Claudia and Ellen asked me to make them dresses for some Bridgerton Experience where they’d dress in period clothing, parade before a “queen” who would then select one eligible maiden to be proclaimed Diamond of the night, I thought, “Sure, NERDS!” 🤓 Just kidding! I was flattered and of course jumped at the excuse to see them. Luckily, Ellen had already found a pattern for the type of dress they wanted, so I didn’t have to start from scratch. 🎉 After a quick trip to Santee Alley to pick out fabrics and a few fittings, we had two satin dresses that they both looked beautiful in.
