Our favorite dishes from this week’s Panama Brain Health Retreat are packed with these neuroprotective foods. I collaborated with our chef @fernando029 to make sure extra-virgin olive oil was the primary cooking oil, and nothing was fried.
1/2: veggie party, poke, and green chicken tacos
3. Roasted pumpkin breakfast hash
4. Green eggs Benedict
5. Stir-fried peppers and olives on fresh corn masa
