The next two announcements we’ve got are tasty. It’s time to meet our six Meal Plan vendors for Campout this year! For 2022, we’ve partnered with @blackradishpgh on scaling up the amount of meal plans we can offer, while also giving Meal Plan holders **options** at each meal. We’ve got a hand-selected group of favorites from Pittsburgh and the East Coast making magic for you all weekend. In addition, this year we’re also proud to announce that all procurement will feature regional ingredients from the @lancasterfarmfresh Co-op. Tomorrow around lunch, we’ll introduce our three Brunch vendors, but let’s start with this year’s three dinner vendors! MR. BULGOGI - Pittsburgh, PA - @mrbulgogifoodtruck Mr Bulgogi serves authentic Korean dishes including Bulgogi, Bibimbap, Spicy Pork, and Chicken. They also offer Japchae (party noodle) and the best Korean Fried Chicken in town. PURE GRUB (V) - Pittsburgh, PA - @puregrub412 Organic, gluten free, vegan. Asante founded Pure Grub in order to meet the growing demand for high quality, tasty food for those that have dietary restrictions or have made changes as a way to invest in their own health. He partnered with Ashley Tunney who'd just completed a nutrition program in Portland, OR. The business started as a pop-up business focusing on farmers markets and events, and has grown into a brick and mortar production kitchen just outside of Pittsburgh in Apsinwall. The Pure Grub team considers their food to be a bridge for those making a self-investment to health-forward lifestyle changes. Their team members include Jon Beck (Chef de Cuisine) Ashley Tunney (operations manager) and Asante Bierria (head chef/owner). SPIRIT - Pittsburgh, PA - @spiritpgh Lawrencville’s Spirit is normally known for incredible sourdough pizza and fresh ingredients sourced through local farmers. But for Campout, they’re flexing with something a little different. Being a 10,000 square foot music & events venue means they also have a wide-ranging catering and food truck situation in-house.
