My favorite way of highlighting lately has been mixing old with new. I first started doing hair in 2003 at the height of the chunky highlight era. I got the Kelly Clarkson hair request at least a few times a week, anyone else? Now almost 20 😳 years later we have better tools at our disposal to elevate this look and make it way better than it ever was in Y2K like purple shampoo (my go to is duh! #Matrix #BrassOff #matrixbrandambassador ) and root shadowing and omg, actually toning the hair!
