That time I was 15 minutes late to a call with my brotha Trevor about hosting a show with Amazon Music. 🤦🏾‍♂️😰 Back in February, Trevor mentioned he had something in mind to partner up on. Due to all of our crazy schedules, a lot of time passed and we didn’t actually end up catching up until this summer. I remember the call was the same day I landed in Paris to interview Tyler the Creator for the second time, but I was late to the call because I got mixed up with the time zones. Though I was embarrassed, it immediately turned into excitement when he shared they wanted me to come host this new show for Amazon focused on music. Even crazier was that the other hosts in mind were Jerrod Carmichael and Hasan Minhaj. Today we released one of two pilot episodes to Bars and Nuggets by Amazon Music featuring the incredible @CoiLeray. Thank you to Trevor and everyone that has worked so hard to bring this project to life. It’s a dream come true. 💜💜💜
