For 2022, we’ve worked with @blackradishpgh and Casey Schroeder @csyschrdr on a solution to scale up the amount of meal plans we can offer, while also offering Meal Plan holders **options** at each meal. So we’ve got a hand-selected group of favorites from Pittsburgh and the East Coast making magic for you all weekend. In addition, this year we’re also proud to announce that all procurement will feature regional ingredients from the Lancaster Farm Fresh Co-Op >> @lancasterfarmfresh

Hugo is a classically trained chef with a range of professional experience spanning continents and cuisines. With the help of much guidance from the mentors he’s been fortunate enough to encounter along the way, his current style could be described as sustainable omnivorous; with a strong sense of place, a sharp focus on seasonality, and a desire to capture lighting in a bottle at every opportunity.

Chef Lj Almendras’ DILA is popping up at Honcho Campout with dishes that swish. The New Yorker-blurbed queer Filipinx chef has developed a menu of hybridized fare that goes both ways and then some, reflecting the joyous dynamism of Pinoy street food culture through the lens of an insatiable expat. Capitalizing on his experience manning the wood-fired oven at Rolo’s as much as his role as the food designer for chef Lucas Sin’s fast-casual Chinese chain Junzi Kitchen, Almendras caters to an unabashedly omnivorous palette.

Corey Jamison is the man behind Urban Chefs Table, a Professional Pastry Chef classically-trained in French Cuisine. Native to Brooklyn NYC, He comes from a long line of sensational cooks passionate about tempting taste buds with high-quality soul food. Chef Corey is an alumnus of Johnson & Wales University with a professional background in Michelin-starred restaurants. He started cooking soul food at age nine and inherited the passion from his grandmothers Doris Elaine Barlow and Janette Jamison.
