Like many others, where I am today started with a dream. At a very young age I developed a passion for the kitchen, even as a child I was able to do things that many cannot. I could take any ingredients and build a flavor profile that would surprise any palate. Over the years I continued to refine that skill by cooking for special events for friends and family. It was not until my 5 years in corporate America that I decided, I could either take the leap now, succeed and be happy or fail and have enough time to start over and not be too far behind. So, I did! I left my job as a Supervisor of a Fortune 500 Insurance Company and pursued a degree in culinary arts.
