It’s been a wild ride this summer. How are you staying sane? 🌞 This app is so interesting. Here in this electronic world we are encouraged to showcase the best parts of ourselves, our day, our work, our life, creating this illusion that everything is peachy. 🍑 Making the rest of us insecure for our very real life experience where there is indeed contrast. It’s not popular nor is it always appropriate to post about how tired we are. How overwhelming life is feeling. That I had a mental breakdown last week and I cry a lot. 😅 That I don’t have it all figured out and I make mistakes. That the world is a bit heavy although I have hope. That I want to help people but don’t always have the energy. That we are all trying our best but sometimes fall short. This is all so incredibly normal and beautifully human. So with that, this space can feel inauthentic at times and hard to navigate. We think we have to show up a certain way to be seen. But this is a hive full of humans.
