Meet Cabela! 🩵✨ Cabela is one of the thousands of dogs helped through BISSELL Pet Foundation’s Transport Program. She came from an overcrowded shelter in the South and arrived at SPCA of Tompkins County via a BPF transport, where she quickly stole hearts. Just days later, this sweet 8-year-old—now “Bella”—found a loving home, complete with a new coonhound friend and plenty of room to run. Thanks to our incredible shelter partners and supporters, dogs like Bella are getting their second chance every day. 🐾
