Getting ready to bend the knees more in October 🎃

With a focus on loading up the bar with as much weight as possible I widen out my Stance, and set the barbell slightly lower on my back. This helps me reach an optimal depth while being able to utilize more glutes and hamstrings at the bottom of the lift.
