These are just some of the stories I've received in less than 24 hours. Stories you won't see in the news because GPs are lazy, the nurses are greedy and midwives already got a payrise, so why are they moaning?!!! . Stories that are probably not the worst of it . Stories that are real and being faced by 1000s of HCPs . Stories that highlight the moral injury we face. The emotional toil of having to do a job that is hard and thankless . Many hospitals and trusts bave whistleblowing policies that stop the truth getting out. Thats why despite staff asking for it, hospitals in Glasgow have denied critical incident requests, so that instead of help and resources being directed to where it is needed, they can act like everything is fine and importantly do nothing .
