Hey, friends! I wanted to share an exciting update. I quit my day job a few weeks ago to focus on recording/audio engineering. After college, I really started to dive in and learn more about recording/mixing, and I realized just how much I love the process and working with other people on their songs. So I’m feeling excited about the change and grateful to be spending more time working in that capacity!! For the past month or two, I’ve been working as an assistant engineer for Matt Qualls at Easley McCain Recording. Matt is a fantastic guy (and engineer too) and getting to know him and work together has been a blast. Easley McCain is a legendary spot also and it’s been really cool to be over there.
