We've got frozen treats on lock this year at Hemlock Hole, with Woodstock, NY's @haranamarket serving up à la carte Halo Halo, every day starting at 12pm. It's a gorgeous, layered shaved ice dessert with sweet red mung beans, chickpeas, nata de coco (coconut jelly), nata de pina (pineapple jelly), banana-que, sweet white beans, kaong (palm fruit), macapuno (coconut) strings, jackfruit and ube halaya; topped with toasted pinipig (toasted young rice), tapioca pearls, banana chips, leche flan evaporated milk, a scoop of Alleyway ube ice cream and a choco wafer straw.
