I remember when Chef Mark Peel approached me about doing a pop-up at Rascal. I was so excited and honored. It was my first time doing a pop-up with a Chef of his caliber. He used his platform to shine a light for me which I deeply appreciate. I am so sad to learn about his passing today. I hope he rests in peace.
