Whichever way I look, we are surrounded by nature: jungle fronds press up against the window-panes of our villa, filtering the view of the Pacific Ocean through a haze of deep green; on the other side, mountains layered with mist are set against an unblemished blue sky, with painterly clouds lingering hillside.
