Acadia National Park Fall Guide πππ
Visiting Acadia in the fall is a trip everyone should do! The colors are incredible. Be sure to save this for your future trip! There are so many hikes and other things to do when you visit! Here is a list of my top 10 things to add to your itinerary when you visit! Would you change anything on this list??
1. Sunset at Cadillac Mountain
2. Sunrise at Cadillac Mountain
3. Bike the carriage road (you can rent e-bikes in Bar Harbor)
4. Catch a sunset at Bass Harbor Head Light House
5. Precipice Trail (not for those scared of heights!)
6. Beehive Trail (for those that donβt want to do precipice but still want an adventurous hike)
7. Explore Jordan Pond
8. Stroll the Ocean Path trail
9. North and South Bubble Mountain for an overlook of Jordan Pond
10. Dorr Mountain Ladder Trail
As always, please follow the leave no trace principles while visiting the parks. Take out any trash you bring with you including compostable material like apple cores and bread scraps and sadly now masks. If you encounter animals like squirrels, chipmunks, or marmots, please do not feed them as it encourages them to go closer to humans and steal their food (this has become a major problem in the parks). Together we can make our parks wonderful for everyone to enjoy! Tag someone you would bring here! Drop a like, save and share this post, and leave a comment with your thoughts!
