1. Butterfly Hip Lifts - 90 secs
2. Side Body Leg Extension - 90 secs
3. Side Body Outer Thigh Leg Lifts - 90 secs
4. Table Top Hamstring Curls - 60 secs
5. Bungees - 30 seconds
Repeat on second side $ then repeat same sets once more!
