[July 2019] Yoga asanas and Acrobatics I personally think Acroyoga is a misleading name for this discipline. Most of what is practiced during Acroyoga is not Yoga at all ( also most of what is sold as Yoga in the West is not real Yoga to be honest, it should be called "fitness inspired by Yoga Asanas", but that's probably too long and not a good marketing name, isn't it?) and usually it's the flyer the one performing yoga asanas.
