(Español en comentarios👇🏽) I’ve been trying to find words to describe our @casa.earth retreat in Bali... I think these moments are the purest and most powerful way to share my thoughts and feelings with you. I manifested this reality. There’s no other way of putting it. I dreamed of finding a partner I could share my love for nature, Bali and rituals with, a union that would amplify our light, and a project that would impact others in the most divine way. That is @casa.earth, and this man @srtarditi. 🌞🌺 Now, the story behind these moments: 1) Santiago and I dressed with Sarongs for a Balinese blessing. 2) BTS of the sustainable hotel where I’ve been hosting retreats for 7+ years. 3) Preparing the conscious goodie bags for the 16 souls that joined us. 4) Every morning began with deep conversations, meditation taught by @srtarditi, and slow yoga taught by me. 5) I shared the healing power of medicinal plants with our community. 6) Everyone made their own herbal products: infusions, bath salt, cooking salt. 7) We also made herbal pre-rolls and smudge sticks! 8) We opened our retreat with an energy circle for everyone to speak from the heart. 9) The making of our flower mandala + intention setting. 10) Santiago and I bathed and cleansed our energy in the waterfall that provides electricity to the hotel. 11) Canang Sari making: flower offerings to gods, spirits, nature and humanity. 12) The blessing of our offerings by the local priest at the hotel’s altar. 13) We dyed clothes with plants! From Indigo leaves to mango leaves and coconut husk. 14) The plant dyeing process. 15) I taught this soul family how to make their own malas. Creative meditation. 16) We visited the local temple. 17) We bathed in the refreshing river after the hot springs. 18) Santiago taught the basics of tarot, and how to get cosmic messages. 19) Closing circle to surrender our worries and pain to the fire. 20) The sky on our last night.
