🥹❤️🍇 Foudre whole cluster Mourvèdre. We got these special foudres last fall and have been anxiously waiting to use them. For those unfamiliar a Foudre is a much larger than a traditional barrel, popular in France's Rhône Valley for a more gentle expression of oak (more wine less wood). Since we have never been fans of(or been able to afford new oak) we jumped at the opportunity to buy 2 of these. As we grow and make more wine, our vessels will too - we can wait to expand on our naturally fermented, handmade offerings to you with the 2022 vintage 🍷 🍇
