Earlier today, BAJI’s Policy Director, Ronald Claude, spoke in Geneva to the UN's Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination where he called out anti Black US immigration policies. “Black immigrants make up only 5% of the undocumented population in the US, but make up 20% of the immigrants facing removal based on criminal convictions.
