The Felix Project took over the kitchen at @MorganStanley to serve lunch made from surplus food. The Felix Kitchen prepared a Salmon Molé, a Coconut Keralan Curry and our signature dish, Banana & Chickpea Curry (seriously, it's SOOOO delicious😋! And bananas are one of the food items wasted the most). With all the money raised, The Felix Project with be able to deliver over 9,600 nutritious and delicious meals to Londoners in need. With the #CostofLivingCrisis and the economic uncertainty ahead, it's more urgent than ever that we rescue and redistribute as much surplus food as possible and it's with the generous support of the people at Morgan Stanley that we will continue to do that.
