THESE DAYS bookstore and gallery located in the heart of downtown LA. First time I heard of THESE DAYS was when they had a art show of original @raymond_pettibon_ flyers. I showed up with the crew to pound all the free beer in sight and see some sick ass Pettibon art. Once we got in there I noticed the bookstore off to the side away from the party and from that moment I was forever hooked. Every book I pulled off the shelf was crazier then the last. I spent all the money I had in my pocket buying books then returned to getting fuckin wasted. Don’t remember shit after leaving but thankfully I didn’t lose the books I bought. I went back later to meet Stephen and Jodi who owned the space and they made me feel right at home. Can’t say enough about this place except that everyone needs to go check it out for themselves @thesedays.la
