I spent the most special morning at Liberty Elementary in Rockland County reading about emotions, self-worth, and the importance of knowing we are enough. I had the joy of listening to incredibly wise second graders share how they manage their feelings when they’re experiencing so many emotions at once. There’s so much we can learn from young minds! Thank you to @explorerocklandny for organizing this meaningful visit. And a huge thank you to the wonderful students who wrote me letters and placed them in this binder I’ll treasure forever.
