As founding members of the British Fashion Model Agents Association (BFMA), Models1 is pleased to announce the publishing of the first official Best Practice guide.​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​ In response to the efforts made by The Department for Culture, Media and Sport, together with Creative UK, to ensure that anyone in the creative industries who has suffered abuse, harassment and bullying can receive confidential advice, mediation and crucially, investigation into complaints - all BFMA member agencies have signed in support of the Best Practice Guide.​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​ Additionally, an online portal is in development that will enable models to report complaints and be provided with the necessary resources to find resolution and hold those responsible to account, in a timely and appropriate manner.​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​ Due for completion by the end of the year, the portal will be independently managed by the Be Well Collective.​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​ For the full guide, please see the link in our bio 🔗
