BREAKING: Pat Cipollone, the former Trump White House counsel who tried to stop some of his more extreme efforts to overturn the 2020 election, has been subpoenaed by a federal grand jury investigating activities in the lead-up to the Capitol riot on January 6, a person familiar with the subpoena said.
