Beginning October 3, Queens will be the site of the largest curbside composting program in the country! @NYCSanitation teams will automatically collect compostable materials weekly in Queens for all residents. This will not only help improve our city's cleanliness, but it will also help cut down on greenhouse gas emissions. There's no sign up required and all residents need to do is put their waste in a separate bag or bin. This is what it looks like to #GetStuffDone!
