one thing i’ve been working on lately is trying to find peace in the simple moments of life. i realised that all too often i was rushing to get to the next thing instead of being fully present in this current moment. i want to make a conscious decision this brand new year: to cultivate the courage and ability to be fully present. living, loving, hurting, changing. simply BEING.
