It’s almost October—my favorite month! And I’m kicking off the spooky season with a Moonbow newsletter about scary and not-so-scary children’s books. Like “In a Dark, Dark Room,” a book my kids won’t allow me to read to them or bring into their bedroom even though (or possibly because) we live with a ghost boy named Johnny! Somehow that doesn’t bother them (more on that in the newsletter). But what’s truly horrifying is how long my newsletter is! And that I sent it out so late in the day. Will I ever learn?
