‘WE TRICKED YOU WITH PRETTY FLOWERS’ An interactive installation by TABLEAU for the Architecture and Design Festival “Concéntrico” in Rioja in Spain. The installation is constructed as a tunnel in a two way translucent mirror. Visitors who are taking selfies in the botanical mirror on the outside are being watched by the people inside the tunnel without even knowing. The botanicals are strategically placed so that visitors are more likely to take a picture of themselves in the construction. The installation is TABLEAU’s take on an urban romantic garden which is created for people to have a small brake where the mind can reflect a bit. The scaffolding construction is a repetition in shape and form of the original hand welded iron arches at the square. The installation is on view till Wednesday the 7th of October in Logroño, Rioja in Spain.
