Closing out 2024 with a sense of gratitude for continuous growth and a better understanding of what brings me joy and happiness. This year brought so much joy, clarity, and contentment, but it also brought hurt, sadness, resentment, and struggles. The beauty in this though is that all of these emotions can exist in tandem and the ups and downs can force you to really look within and find your inner happiness through it all. My focus for 2025? It is to continue to focus on the things and people/friends that fill my cup and soul. I want to focus on my health, my fitness journey, my career, and my faith. Farewell 2024......I have a feeling that 2025 is going to be transformative.💋😘
