My (baking) life is basically one endless attempt to NOT waste the bananas I forever buy and no one quite ever eats. Thank GOODNESS, therefore, for the banana, sesame and maple cake in @ixta.belfrage’s bursting-full-of-colours-and-flavours epic first solo cookbook MEZCLA, out this Thursday! Next up on my list = Ixta’s sticky banana and chocolate pan-cake and then (just to assure that it’s not a banana baking book!)
