For too long, our city has ignored homeless youth. As the mayor of New York City, I hear you because I was you. Today, we presented “Opportunity Starts with a Home”, a plan to prevent and end youth homelessness in New York City. “Opportunity Starts with a Home” is a 15-million-dollar plan funded through the @FHAgov to prevent youth homelessness.
