Bridging the gap between pan africans and african americans is a top pillar of Bravehearts fundamentals and functionality as an organization. Early on, Bravehearts leaders learned that global impact is truly made when humility and alignment meet and there is a meeting of the minds on both sides. This model has proven to garner much success with over 1800 people in Uganda 🇺🇬 provided with free healthcare during our recent 2022 medical mission (dental, women's health, vision and primary care). Sustainable health programming continues after the Braveheart team leaves. Reaching the unreachable is our mantra and we plan to continue going into the deep for those who need it most.
