My personal life is the 💩’s. And I just finishing the biggest sloppiest, snot everywhere cry. , And it feels good. You know I’m no good at playing the highlight reel and I refuse to not be straight forward with ya. . Life can feel like its crumbling down, on top of all thats going on, yesterday I got notice of getting audited for my travel expenses in 2019 😭, my amazing salon renters are having to leave. . Life sucks sometimes. And my logical brain wants to take over and talk me out of feeling my feels, give me pep talks of “its all gonna be ok, you are so strong, you’ve been through so much you got this.” . but I’m learning to lean into my emotions rather than dismiss them, allow myself the space to feel them. . So currently im on my couch, jn sweats with wet snotty stain sleeves after finishing a massive melt down. . And I’m ok with it. . I am going to be ok, i am a big freakin deal and life can kiss my ass.. right after i curl up in the fetal position and self sooth for today. .
