hey @youtube, why after nearly 2 weeks of being out is my MIGHTY LEGENDARY music video suddenly deemed age-restricted and for 18+ only? There’s no nudity in my video and nothing suggestive unless you find queer dancing and the promotion of safe sex offensive. I’ve seen countless videos from non-POC queer performers (RuGirls included) whose videos have curse words, butts, and way more skin than mine do! and none of those videos are age restricted! my video was going up by thousands of views every day, and now since the restriction was set on it barely gets 100 views a day! you can’t even watch an age-restricted video without being signed in, limiting views further! the appeals process was also a huge joke. I submitted my appeal and within an hour or two, with no explanation, I was told it was rejected!! wtf @youtube!!!
