On Monday, the Atlanta City Council passed a resolution allocating $300,000 to fund abortion access in Atlanta. We are honored to receive and disperse these funds to ensure people seeking abortion care in our hometown are able to access the abortions they need and want! Even though we have witnessed the avalanche of abortion bans taking effect across the country, including our own 6-week abortion ban, it's clear that our communities unapologetically support protected access to abortion. And we are unapologetically committed to supporting our communities in accessing care no matter what! We want to send a special thank to our fellow repro partners who made this win a reality, @amplifyga and @feministcenter! We are grateful to be doing this work with you on the ground everyday to protect and expand abortion access in Georgia! Thank you to our allies @atldemsoc for supporting us and spreading the word.
