As part the series of activations of the book In, From, and With in collaboration with @murmurs.la, @sus_batt will be hosting a Los Angeles river clean up in the soft bottomed section of the river located in the Glendale Narrows. The indigenous Tongva used the river as a resource, constructing village sites along this region. This riparian zone is the sole part of the river that hosts an array of local flora and flauna, due to its inability to be concretized alongside the rest of the river during its channelization.
