All products are 🔗 in my b!0 under “eczema essentials” Eczema has been so challenging for us and it feels like I’ve tried a million different creams before realizing that there’s no one magic cream that’s going to cure her eczema. This is our routine to help manage the flair ups, dry skin and itching. We do daily baths with a water filter, using dead sea salt or apple cider vinegar once a week or during flair ups. I use honest conditioner to help her dry scalp. Immediately after the bath, I spray any open skin with active skin repair, moisturize with vanicream and do a thick layer of aquaphor. I dress her in @kytebaby bamboo pajamas, which are natural and gentle on her skin. We use natural materials for sheets, towels, etc and natural, fragrance free laundry soap. She wears scratch sleeves to bed and we keep the room on the cooler side. She still itches throughout the day and wakes up at night itching, but these products help to manage her skin.
