2024 (pt 2) More accomplishments from this crazy year: - I conquered this year’s horrible job market and found a day job that I’m really passionate about. - I played a villain for the first time (so much fun mwahaha) - I was invited to attend SCAD’s TVfest, and I was asked to present at the festival!! - I started putting myself out there more with a handful of professional auditions. - I soaked up every last moment I had as a member of SCAD’s Performance Ensemble. I miss that group of people every day, but I’m so grateful to have those friendships as I’ve entered the real world. - I faced a lot of rejection, and I bounced back every single time. - I graduated from college, summa cum laude, and I got to sing at my own graduation. - I learned how to play Dungeons and Dragons (kind of) - I worked on a show with a cast and crew that truly cared about the show and cared about each other, and it reignited my love of theatre. (shoutout TGWDLM) - I auditioned and was accepted to the core track at The Groundlings School in LA (life long bucket list achievement) - I learned the value of embracing spontaneity. - I finally watched the Pirates of the Caribbean series for the first time. - I got better at saying ‘no.’ - I made a point to tell my friends and family that I love them, every chance I got. I can’t wait to see what the new year holds, not just for me, but for everyone I care about. Here’s to 2025! 🥂
