2017 & NOW- SWIPE FOR VIDEO! WHAT A JOURNEY AND CHANGE FOR ME • Watching this video before posting, I had tears in my eyes. I can’t believe the person I see before. She was weak, sad, didn’t know her worth, no confidence and most importantly had no discipline in life. I look at myself now and I’m amazed. I feel the most powerful and confident I have ever felt. I’m ready to take on the world! It’s crazy what discipline can do to you- physically and mentally. Discipline is doing it no matter what your emotional state it is. You learn to wake up and DO IT. No matter what. I grew, I got better, I became more successful in everything I put my mind to and it all grew together in the gym. I wasn’t born this way guys. Every person has their own struggles and I had mine. I was always looked at as anorexic, didn’t book any bikini jobs, bookers asked me if I was eating.. (and I was!) & all of this messed with the little girl I was. Now... NO ONE CAN MESS WITH ME cause I know my worth and I know what I bring to the table. • Most importantly, I want to thank my @dogpound family because I would be lying if this wasn’t the place that helped me grow and get to where I am now.
