I don’t usually share things like this, but I’m learning to own this chapter of my life instead of hiding it. Lately, I’ve been riding a wave of anxiety, and honestly, it’s been tough. My instinct has been to retreat and shut people out when I’m not feeling “okay.” But here’s what I’m learning: the parts of me that feel messy, the parts that want to shrink away, actually need to be seen in order to heal. Sharing this is scary, but it’s also freeing. I’ve realized that real support shows up when you allow people in, even if it’s just a few. The real shift happened when I stopped trying to do everything perfectly and started focusing on the small things that fill my cup. Taking it one step at a time, at my own pace, and actually celebrating the little wins. It reminded me that when you focus on the good, you start to create more of it. Healing is deeply personal, but it doesn’t have to be lonely. And if this reaches even one person who needs a reminder that they’re not alone, then it’s worth it. 🤍
