❌ DO NOT❌ do the last one! Isolating the core is always more effective in providing results, so any exercise that you do, try to really focus on keeping your hips tucked, back flat, and your abs will start to engage instantly. Twisting exercises are great for the obliques but they also really help take inches off the waistline, which in turn, makes you look leaner!
