meet the founder of @rarebeauty, you might know her???!!!! all jokes aside—last week we went to the @whitehouse joining @mtv for the first-ever Mental Health Youth Action Forum. We heard + learned from some of the most inspiring young people shifting the narrative about mental health. from my very first day at Rare, I could tell @selenagomez’s mission to break down unrealistic beauty standards + destigmatize mental health was weaved within every aspect of the company. I feel like I constantly say this but I’m so grateful to be here. There’s still so much work to be done—but we got one hellofa TEAM 🫡
