NO SHOWS. They suck, right???!!! You do everything in your power to remind, set boundaries within your cancellation policies, and follow up...and NOTHING. It’s truly just in the best interest of both the client and stylist to know WHY. I mean, I hate the not knowing more then the loss of income. Like are you ok? Are you mad at me? Did you just not have the money to come in? What did I do? Is everything ok? Like all the thoughts and scenarios run though my mind. We care more then anything. And then when we hear nothing we’re mad that our time was wasted. But truly, there’s always a reason we don’t know about and that sucks!!!! Please never do this. Just be upfront and honest. I myself am always understanding. Unless it’s happened multiple times, then it becomes a problem!
