#tuesdaythoughts ... I’m discovering the power of simply 🐝ing curious!!! My friend, Bob McCann, has a cool hobby keeping bees. We met because our daughters play softball for, I kid you not, the @shruboakstingers! 😂🐝 On a tournament weekend he mentioned his beekeeping, and I was really curious to learn more. He kindly invited me to check out the hive and I’m so glad I did!😃 I wasn’t nervous until I got there and suited up and then oh boy did some fear kick in! Like a fluttering hive all its own in my whole solar plexus.😰 BUT even the fear was fascinating to me. I experienced that Curiosity is stronger than Fear! 🤯 As long as I acknowledged what I was feeling, breathed through it, and *stayed curious* I could be fully present to all Bob and his bees were teaching me. It was awesome! 😎 So, here’s to staying curious within discomfort!
