Another new sandwich I’ve been thinking about. Pastrami cured with ginger, lemongrass, shallot, coriander, star anise, and fish sauce. On country with a Vietnamese 1000 Island, red cabbage, cilantro, mint, fried shallots, and pickled bean sprouts.
