My heart aches and races as I share this highly emotional but also exciting news! Stepping down as CEO from one of the greatest joys of my life has been one of the most difficult decisions I have ever had to make. But I have spent a tremendous amount of time self reflecting and looking at what @wearlively needs in the next chapter, and also what me and my family need... for the first time since @wearlively was born, those two things are different. There is so much to share about this choice and process, because honestly no one prepares you for it. It’s HARD! I created @wearlively to inspire women to live passionately, purposefully and confidently. To run towards your fears and the unknowns. Change is hard but it sometimes unlocks the greatest journeys and achievements you never knew possible. @wearlively did that for me. Now I am pulled toward this urge to get back to being “uncomfortable”. I’m terrified, excited, heartbroken all at once. I know, however, some of my greatest chapters are yet to come! Most importantly @wearlively is in the greatest of hands! Wacoal America who graciously acquired our company is an incredible family and foundation to see her through to global growth and new heights. The team, THE TEAM!!! IMO, the greatest in the world. And a new CEO!! Kristin DiConzolo is stepping in ready to lead, build and GO! A female CEO! Yesssss... Thank you @wacoalamerica, Kristin and @wearlively for making this decision as comfortable as possible! It’s a doozy! Thank you @jennifer.ortakales for sharing my story so beautifully. It goes without saying, but this community has supported me through it all. I am so thankful for you all as I navigate this new phase of life!
